Gilding courses

We offer a three-day intensive, practice-based course combining the use of traditional gilding materials and methods with the application of 23ct gold leaf

Four students maximum. The aim of the course is to give a practical foundation in water gilding with the historical use and context for the gilding materials explained and examples of period antique pieces examined.

The cost for the three-day course is £340 including one book of gold leaf and all other materials. Courses are held at our London workshop and run from 10 am to 5 pm.
