We work with a number of museums and
galleries on regular and ongoing frame and furniture conservation
projects. We also have the expertise and resources to take on
large jobs with tight timescales, often leading up to grand opening
dates which cannot be missed. Both the Foundling Museum and
the Royal Institution were projects of this kind with the frame
conservation being tightly scheduled with major rebuilding and
refurbishment works. All our conservation work includes full
illustrated documentation in digital format. We have just finished working on
17 frames
for the UK Supreme Court now in the throes of being created within the Middlesex
Guildhall in Parliament Square.

"Giltwood Restoration were extremely professional and pleasant to deal
with and managed a complicated and large project in a very short space
of time. The work was delivered to a very high standard – I was most
impressed by Giltwood and would definitely use them again."
Rhian Harris Director, The Foundling Museum
